General terms and conditions of sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on the website https://thelongevitysuite.com (hereinafter, the “Website” or “Longevity Suite”) to customers (hereinafter, the “Customer”).
Products purchased on the Website are sold by Longevity S.p.A. (hereinafter, “Longevity”) with registered office at Via Alberto da Giussano, 15 – 20145 – Milan, VAT number 10680570966.

Longevity reserves the right to update the prices shown on the Website, without prejudice to the consumer’s rights with respect to the prices indicated at the time of the order. In accordance with national and European regulations, in the case of promotional campaigns, the discounted price will be displayed alongside the previously applied price (the “previous price” being the lowest price previously applied to the product/service during the preceding 30 days).
The offer and sale of products on the Website comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code), as amended, as well as those provided for in Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003.

- Purchase procedure on the Site
To purchase products on the Site, the Customer must select the desired product and follow the purchase procedure provided on the Site.
In particular, the Customer must:
- carefully read the product information available on the Site;
- complete an electronic order form by following the instructions that appear from time to time on the Site;
- identify and correct, before submitting the order form, any mistakes in the entry of the information and Personal Data provided;
- accept, by point-and-click, these Terms and Conditions and Longevity’s Privacy Policy.
In accordance with sector regulations on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003), the Contract is considered concluded at the moment the order form reaches Longevity’s server.
Once the order form has been received and recorded, Longevity will send to the email address provided by the Customer an order confirmation containing:
- a summary of the general and specific conditions applicable to the Contract;
- the essential information relating to the purchased product;
- a detailed indication of the actual price, the payment method used and any additional costs;
- the contact details of customer service which the Customer may contact for assistance and/or to submit complaints.
The order confirmation email constitutes confirmation of the Contract concluded on a durable medium pursuant to the Consumer Code (Art. 51.7). The Customer acknowledges and agrees that, once such email is received, Longevity has fulfilled its documentation obligations and that, therefore, the Customer is bound by the Contract.
The order form will be stored in Longevity’s database for the time necessary to perform it and, in any case, within the limits provided by law.
- Account use
In addition to the provisions of the previous article, to be able to purchase products on the Site the Customer must:
- provide truthful and complete contact and billing information, updating it promptly in the event of changes;
- (for legal entities only) declare and warrant that the person making the purchase has the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions and to act in the name and on behalf of the legal entity.
Access credentials are strictly personal and must not be disclosed to third parties. In this regard, the Customer must:
- keep access credentials in a safe place;
- not transfer the account nor share access credentials with third parties;
- ensure adequate measures to maintain the confidentiality of access to their account;
- immediately notify Longevity Suite (no later than 24 hours from the event) in case of theft/loss of the access credentials or in case of suspicious or unauthorized uses of the account, possibly changing the access password immediately.
The Customer is responsible for all activities associated with the account and undertakes, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold Longevity harmless from any claim that may be made by third parties in relation to and/or in connection with the use of their account, as well as from any and all resulting damage, costs, liabilities and expenses that Longevity may incur.
Longevity shall have the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept the Customer’s registration or to suspend or close, even permanently and without notice, the account where:
- any Customer information proves to be wholly or partly false, incomplete or inaccurate;
- the Customer violates third‑party intellectual property rights, other regulatory provisions, these Terms and Conditions or there is a cause that legitimizes termination or dissolution of the Contract (as provided by these Terms and by law).
In the event of a permanent block, the account and its contents may no longer be available or retrievable. In such cases, Longevity shall not be obliged to refund the consideration for purchases previously made by the Customer.
- Payment methods
The authorized payment methods for orders placed through the Site are as follows:
– Bank transfer;
– Scalapay, which allows installment payments;
– Credit card (transactions managed by Stripe);
– PayPal.
- Shipping times in Italy
What happens to your order shortly after purchasing on Longevity Suite:
- A) Day 0 (order receipt):
The back office processes orders received by 3:00 PM; those received after this time are processed the following working day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be processed on the first working day following the order. If the goods are available in Longevity’s logistics or at the various suppliers used by the company to source goods, the order is processed depending on the chosen payment method, in particular:
• if the chosen payment method is CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL, the order is processed the same day;
• if the chosen payment method is BANK TRANSFER, the order is processed upon confirmation of the incoming payment on Longevity’s accounts;
• if the ordered product is unavailable, Longevity undertakes to promptly contact the Customer by email to provide information. For further information, see the Sales Contract paragraph.
- B) Day 1 (handover of the goods to the shipping courier):
The day after the order, the Shipping Courier collects the goods from our warehouses, to which we have sent a Transport Document (D.D.T.) and/or Purchase Receipt (R.A.) and/or Purchase Invoice (F.A.) containing the destination and any notes entered in the order (for example, a delivery appointment).
- C) Day 2 (assignment of the Tracking number and delivery):
The day after collection, the Shipping Courier assigns the Shipment tracking number and dispatches the goods for delivery; in some areas it may not be possible to assign a tracking number; in such cases it will not be possible to contact us by writing to spedizioni@thelongevitysuite.com. Our back office enters the Tracking number in the Customer’s reserved area (if registered), allowing them to follow the delivery status and estimated times in real time on the Courier’s website. The Shipping Courier may, in exceptional cases, independently send an email to the Customer with the tracking reference and/or modify the delivery date.
- D) Day 3–4 (delivery of the goods):
The product will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of order confirmation. Shipping cost is calculated based on the volume and/or weight of the ordered items and displayed on the order summary page preceding order confirmation. The Company reserves the right, for commercial initiatives, to discount or waive Courier charges.
- Free Shipping:
Shipping is free across the national territory for orders of an amount equal to or greater than €100.
For orders under €100, a fixed fee is applied to cover shipping costs. In particular, the flat rate is €9.
Delivery times may vary depending on the item ordered by the Customer (e.g., whether the goods are available), the delivery method chosen by the Customer (e.g., fixed date or by appointment) and the location within Italy (islands, for example, may have different timing than the mainland, as can certain locations classified by carriers as “difficult” – for example, Livigno or Campione). The times indicated for delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding on Longevity. Using express courier transport, delivery is expected within a time range of 1 to 5 working days from the moment of the order.
• Orders placed online are delivered throughout Italian territory, including the territories of Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino.
• In some periods of the year (summer period / Black Friday / Christmas period) processing times may differ from the standard times stated above. In such cases, refer to the timeframes indicated on the individual product page.
Longevity Suite will withhold shipping costs if the goods return to our premises after 15 days of storage as a result of one of the following:
- unknown delivery address;
- recipient absent after two delivery attempts;
- refusal to accept the order by the Customer, for any reason.
In these cases, Longevity Suite will charge only the shipping costs paid at the time of the order when the order amount is less than €100.
If, instead, the order amount is greater than €100, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund, having not incurred shipping costs.
- Fiscal Documentation
For each order placed as a “Private Customer”, “Company” or “Professional” Longevity will issue an invoice (for tax reasons) provided that the Customer correctly fills in the billing fields in the cart by entering tax code and/or VAT number before completing the order.
For the issuance of the fiscal document, which is the valid document for the product warranty, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall prevail.
NOTE: Article 21 of Presidential Decree 633/1972, as amended by Decree-Law 119/2018 and subsequent amendments, introduced electronic invoicing and provided that the fiscal document may be issued within 12 days from the completion of the transaction. The Customer can consult and download the original electronic invoice in their reserved area on the Revenue Agency’s website.
- Order Processing
Longevity Suite, in order to ensure correct service to its Customers, guarantees receipt and acceptance of purchase orders up to 3:00 PM from Monday to Friday; orders received after that time, as well as those received on Saturday, Sunday or other public holidays, will be considered received on the next working day following the order. Any reductions in working hours and/or interruptions of sales services in particular periods of the year (e.g., summer months) that may lead to extended delivery times will be properly indicated at the time of order, and it will be the Customer’s discretion whether to proceed with confirmation of the order according to the indicated timelines.
Upon delivery of the goods the Customer must check that:
• the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
• the packaging appears intact and unaltered, including sealing tapes.
In case of tampering and/or breakage the Customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by writing “RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING” on the copy of the delivery document to be returned signed to the courier or other person who delivered the goods. In any case, without prejudice to statutory warranty terms, the Customer must promptly notify any tampering or breakage of the packaging by registered letter with return receipt, anticipated by fax or email, or by completing the specific online form; the references are:
Email: spedizioni@thelongevitysuite.com
Postal address: Longevity S.p.A. – Via Alberto da Giussano, 15 – 20145 – Milan.
For every delivery order the Customer must provide at least one telephone contact so that the express courier can contact them in case of delivery difficulties; if delivery does not succeed for reasons not attributable to Longevity Suite or to the express courier for more than 5 consecutive days, the order will be considered canceled and the Customer will be charged storage fees as quantified by the express courier.
- Statutory warranty of conformity
Products shown on Longevity Suite benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity, mandatory pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code. To obtain warranty assistance the Customer must provide proof of purchase. It is therefore recommended to keep the fiscal documentation received (Invoice or Purchase Receipt).
The private consumer Customer (understood as a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, i.e., who makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form) may avail themselves of the statutory warranty of conformity, pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, if they find a conformity defect (the product does not work or does not have the qualities or performance that goods of the same type usually have or does not correspond to the characteristics declared on the site or on the label or in advertising), within 24 months from the date of delivery of the products. To avoid forfeiture of the right to invoke the aforementioned warranty, the Customer must report the conformity defect found within 2 months of discovery by sending an email to spedizioni@thelongevitysuite.com or by sending a registered letter to: Longevity S.p.A., Via Alberto da Giussano 15, 20145 Milan. The action to assert defects is in any case time-barred within a maximum period of 26 months (24 months plus 2 from discovery) from delivery of the good. After 26 months, Longevity will not be liable for any conformity defects found by the Customer. (The warranty may last a total of 26 months only if the defect is discovered on the last day of the warranty period.) The statutory warranty of conformity applies exclusively to a product that presents a conformity defect, provided that it has been used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and the technical documentation provided. In case of a conformity defect, Longevity will, at no cost to the Customer, restore the product’s conformity by repair/replacement or price reduction, up to contract termination. Where application of the above guarantees results in Longevity’s obligation to restore conformity by repair or replacement, the good must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories); to avoid damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it inside a second box and not affixing labels or adhesive tape directly to the original product packaging. The Customer will be provided with a return authorization number (RMA) which must be indicated on the outside of the package, following the instructions provided in the related authorization email.
- Transport Insurance
Pursuant to Art. 63 of the Consumer Code, the risk of loss and damage of goods, for reasons not attributable to the seller, transfers to the consumer at the moment the consumer, or a third party designated by them and different from the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. However, the risk transfers to the consumer already at the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier if the carrier was not proposed by the seller to the consumer, i.e., when the consumer chose the carrier independently. Without prejudice to the seller’s obligations in terms of statutory warranty pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Longevity will not be held responsible for any anomalies found in the condition of the product after delivery if the Customer, in the presence of an anomaly, accepted the parcel without making a specific reservation (in the correct manner indicated above).
Any damage or anomalies must be reported to Customer Service by sending a notice to the dedicated email address (spedizioni@thelongevitysuite.com). The request must be sent no later than 8 calendar days from receipt of the goods (Art. 1459 Civil Code).
Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration.
- Right of Withdrawal
Longevity recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code. In particular, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who does not provide a VAT number in the order form), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving reasons and without any penalty. The product must be returned in a condition that preserves its resaleability (intact and complete with the original packaging).
The Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of:
- purchase of food, beverages and other goods intended for current consumption;
- purchases under €50 (unless the total amount the Customer must pay, regardless of the amount of individual contracts, exceeds €50);
- purchases of goods that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly;
- purchases of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;
- purchases of goods which after delivery are, by their nature, inseparably mixed.
The Customer who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify Longevity within 14 calendar days from the date they take physical possession of the good, by:
- using the standard withdrawal form available on the website;
- any other explicit statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
For the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, we specify that:
• the Customer is only liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The product must in any case be stored, handled and inspected with normal care and returned intact, complete in every part, fully operational, accompanied by all accessories, with identification tags, labels and single‑use seals, where present, still attached to the product and intact and not tampered with, and perfectly fit for the intended use and free from signs of wear or dirt. The right of withdrawal may be exercised with respect to the product as a whole and not for parts and/or accessories thereof. If the product’s packaging contains the product serial number, for example in electronic products, it forms part of the product and, consequently, the product must be returned in the original packaging, which must in turn be placed inside an additional box; no other label or tape may be affixed to the original product packaging;
• direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.
The refund covers amounts paid for the product price and will be made within 14 days of the Customer’s communication of their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.
How to return a product purchased on Longevity Suite?
Contact us at this email address: spedizioni@thelongevitysuite.com, indicating:
– Order number.
– Name of the product (or products) you wish to return and the corresponding quantity.
– Mobile phone number (for the courier).
Furthermore, if you paid by bank transfer also indicate your bank details which we will use for the refund.
If, instead, you paid by credit card, Scalapay, or PayPal as payment methods, then the refund will be automatic.
– Preferred days and time slots to arrange the collection of the package.
The free returns service is valid only for orders shipped within Italy.
- Sales Contract
Following the completion of the purchase procedure, concurrently with the shipment of the goods, Longevity issues fiscal documentation, which will be attached to the product. Upon request, it may be sent by e‑mail to the order holder as required by DL 52/2004 and any other applicable regulation.
Longevity inserts only the data provided by the Customer at the time of the order in the fiscal documentation, specifying that no changes will be allowed after its issuance.
The Customer may only purchase products from the electronic catalog on the Longevity Suite site that are available at the time the order is submitted. In case a product is present in the catalog but out of stock, the Customer will not be able to add it to the cart.
The designation “available” for a displayed product actually indicates availability at that moment. However, it may, rarely, occur that:
– the Customer purchases a product that appeared available in the time window between the product going out of stock and the update of availability on the Site’s online catalog;
– multiple simultaneous purchases of the same product are made.
Consequently, Longevity reserves the right, once the order has been received, to recheck the availability of the ordered item and, if unavailable, to promptly contact the Customer to inform them and present the available options.
The Customer may decide to: (i) wait for the product to be restocked, which will be shipped as soon as it re-enters Longevity’s warehouses; (ii) cancel the entire order, with consequent refund; (iii) if the order contains multiple products, proceed with fulfillment excluding the out-of-stock product, the cost of which will be refunded.
Longevity confirms correct receipt of the order by sending an email to the address provided by the Customer, in which all data relating to the order will be indicated. The Customer undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.
Once availability of the good and the accuracy of the Customer’s data have been rechecked, Longevity will send via email the definitive acceptance of the contract, which only from that moment shall be considered concluded and entered into by the parties for all legal purposes.
By placing an order on the Longevity Suite site the Customer declares that they have read the terms of sale and payment methods offered, as well as the entire purchase procedure and further declares that they accept them without reservation and have received exhaustive information in this regard. It is recommended to keep the emails sent by Longevity Suite.
- Errors and limitation of liability
Product information provided through the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors for which Longevity cannot be held responsible, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Longevity reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been submitted, or to modify or update information at any time without prior notice, without prejudice to the Customer’s rights under these Terms and Conditions and the Consumer Code.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or to indemnity, as well as any contractual or extra‑contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property caused by non‑acceptance or (even partial) non‑fulfillment of an order, is excluded.
- Genetic tests and anti‑aging
Prohibited uses: Longevity Suite is firmly committed to ensuring that DNA test results are not used for law enforcement purposes, forensic examinations, criminal investigations, “cold case” investigations, identification of unknown deceased persons, locating relatives of deceased persons using cadaver DNA and/or for similar purposes, except where ordered by a court. It is strictly forbidden for the Customer to send Longevity Suite’s laboratories “ancient DNA” (DNA data obtained from archaeological digs) or “forensic/artefactual DNA” (DNA data extracted from physical objects), as well as DNA created or manually manipulated, or with the aid of DNA reconstruction tools, or by combining DNA data from multiple individuals into a new DNA data file. Longevity Suite reserves the right to refuse its services if it has reasonable grounds to believe that biological samples were obtained illegally, or that the results will be used for an illegal, improper or unethical purpose, or where there is a conflict of interest or other reasonable grounds.
Defective kits and results: If the DNA kit delivered to the Customer is damaged on arrival or sterile packs have been compromised, new kits will be provided free of charge by Longevity Suite, provided this is not due to the Customer’s fault. Defective kits must be returned by the Customer at their expense and clearly marked as defective for disposal by Longevity. Once the kit is received, the Customer must collect the saliva sample and/or other biological samples strictly following the instructions contained in the kit. In the event of a null result due to an error in sampling, Longevity Suite will not be obliged to refund the amount paid and may, at its sole discretion, provide a new complimentary kit.
Longevity Suite will not be liable for misuse of the kit by the Customer.
The purpose of the DNA Kits sold by Longevity Suite is not to provide diagnostic tools and they must not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice. It is advisable to consult a physician for diagnosis, guidance on treatment or prevention of any disease or condition.
- Site use and liability
The Customer/user connects to and uses the services offered by the Site at their own discretion and responsibility. Longevity cannot in any case be held responsible for direct or indirect damages (financial, pecuniary, economic losses) suffered by users or third parties following connection to the Site, and/or the inability to access it, and/or the correct or incorrect functioning of the Site. In particular, Longevity is not responsible for slowdowns or interruptions in data transmission, loss, disappearance or alteration of data, viruses of any origin, third‑party intrusions and, in general, for the use of the Site or the inability to use it.
Longevity cannot be held responsible in the event of partial or total loss of data from its IT systems; the Customer/user is invited to always keep their own backup of the data sent. Processed images will be deleted from our systems within 15 days following the order. The Customer/user is solely responsible for communications and data uploads they themselves make to the Site. Links to other sites are provided as a convenience for the Customer/user; Longevity Suite cannot in any case be held responsible for the content of such sites or for complaints or direct or indirect damages caused to a user or third parties by the content of those sites.
- Intellectual property rights
Programs, processes, designs, software, technologies, trademarks and trade names, inventions (current or future) appearing on the Site are protected by copyright, trademark and unfair competition laws and therefore may not be copied and/or imitated.
The Customer undertakes not to use the Site in any way for purposes other than those indicated in these Terms and Conditions.
It is therefore prohibited, by way of example and not limited to, extracting, translating, distributing to the public in any form, as well as copying and/or reproducing the graphics or any component/element of the Site without the express authorization of Longevity.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
- Severability
If one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found to be void, voidable or unenforceable, the Contract will remain valid and in force between the Parties with respect to all remaining provisions.
- Applicable law
The sales contract between the Customer and Longevity Suite is deemed concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.
For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes that may arise from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code, jurisdiction is that of the court of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile; in all other cases, exclusive jurisdiction is that of the Court of Milan.
- Personal data and privacy
The Customer’s Personal Data will be processed by Longevity in accordance with the GDPR. More information on the processing of the Customer’s Personal Data can be found in Longevity Suite’s Privacy Policy at the following link.
- Online conclusion
As provided by industry practice for the conclusion of online contracts, the Customer had the opportunity to carefully read and store these Terms and Conditions on a durable medium. In particular, the Customer was expressly made aware of the conditions highlighted by Longevity Suite in articles: 2 (account use); 12 (errors and limitation of liability); 14 (site use and liability); 17 (applicable law).
Therefore, also for the purposes of the applicability of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, these are deemed expressly accepted by checking the appropriate box when accepting the General Terms and Conditions.
